The laboratory will be closed Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays.

Rush cases (defined as work requested sooner than the provided time schedule) will carry an extra charge of 20% of the cost of the work.

Remakes:  Responsibility is limited to fitting of models poured from impressions supplied.  There will be a remake charge when the customer in informed of the inadvisability of proceeding, but is ordered to finish the restoration.  There will be an extra charge for indiscriminate shades and missed bites.

Cases returned for evaluation, die trim, metal try-in or a new impression will require additional time.
